What year is this?

Listen to this speech by Reagan and you would think he is talking about today.
Timeless wisdom is what that man possessed. Where are the Republicans like this now.
Oh yeah we just ran one for VICE-president.

P.S. sorry I was not around last nite. We had a house full of kids so the puter was tied up.

OK, I'm going to guess somewhere between 1964 and 1968?

Let's face it, kerrcarto, there are simply too many weak dumbshits in our country now. Load up on ammunition and prepare for war brother. When the liberals come to reeducate me, I hope to kill a few of them on my way out. Hate to say that about my own countrymen, but I don't think I'm kidding.

Yup it's the 1964 Republican National Convention.

I loved him so...My sons were in their twenties when Reagan became president. I was so afraid of a war with Russia. But when he appeared on the scene with his wonderful voice, his common sense, his solid, calm, don't-you-dare attitude, we knew the world would be safe.

I often go and listen to him on YouTube. A touch of nostalgia for those golden years...
