Anyone have any idea how this ass-clown decides to whom he will bow and to whom he doesn't? So far we have photographic evidence of him bowing to the Saudi King, the Japanese Emperor and the Chinese Premier. I don't recall a bow to the British Prime Minister or the Queen.
