Smack

Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse. Now we find out that New York City has published a guide on how to "safely" use heroin. pdf version here. Does anyone else find this extremely disturbing? Heroin is a potent and dangerous drug. There is no SAFE way to use it. I never used heroin but I was surrounded by many addicts during my college years. It was horrible watching what that drug did to my friends over time. Heroin is poison, literally. You don't safely use it. I understand what the city is trying to do here, but spending $32,000 of taxpayer money to publish a how-to pamphlet is not only ill-advised, it's pretty fucking sick. Heroin use along with methamphetamines are epidemics in America's large cities. We should focus our efforts to reduce drug use, not promote "safe" use. This is an absolute travesty. Indefensible. This is almost as bad as Congress' decision to strip the 2010 omnibus spending bill of abstinence education funding while increasing funding for Planned Parenthood. Mark my words. Our government hates us. The feeling is very much mutual. Sick fucks.

Update: the .pdf link was removed from the New York government web site. This story had some serious legs. As one commenter said in another article, "Why don't we just take the $32,000, buy a bunch of dope, and pass it out on the streets, instead.

This heroin guide coupled with the promotion of fisting by the sexual deviant ("Safe School Czar" Kevin Jennings) are two clear indicators of the moral compass which guides the Oba-messiah's administration. What else should we expect from vermin tutored by the likes of Wright and Alinsky?

I don't think a guide is needed. Drug use, unwed mothers/ teen pregnancies are at all time highs. Everyone seems to be figuring things out on their own. No pamphlets needed.
