Dudley, they inject an electronic chip (about half the size of a grain of rice) with all your info on it into him. That way if he ever goes A-Wall again and someone takes him to a vet they will scan him and know who he belongs to.
Plus we found out where he was held captive. A lady about a 1/4 mile down the road called today in response to the ad in the paper saying she has been feeding him. She was given an immediate cease and desist from dad.
